Safety Harbor Little League Division Information

The Spring Season runs from February-May. We offer divisions for players from 4 years old (Tee Ball Division) to 16 years old (Seniors Division) in Baseball and Softball. The division(s) that your child is age eligible for will auto-populate when you begin the registration process.

Tee-Ball --  4-5 yr olds
Tee-Ball teams are Co-ed in general and offer the kids a chance to bat at the tee or hit from a soft toss coach pitch if the player is willing/able to try. Our Tee-Ball kids are the future Baseball and Softball players of our league and we are so happy to have your children play at Safety Harbor Little League!

Baseball
A -- (Machine pitch) -- 5-7 yr olds
AA -- (Machine/Kid/Coach pitch) 7-9 yr olds
AAA -- 8-10 yr olds
Majors -- 10-12 yr olds
Intermediate 50/70 -- 12-13 yr olds
Juniors -- 13-14 yr olds
Seniors -- 14-16 yr olds

Softball
A -- 5-7 yr olds
AA -- 6-8 yr olds
AAA -- 9-10 yr olds
Majors -- 11-12 yr olds
Juniors -- 13-14 yr olds
Seniors -- 15-16 yr olds

Please note - players are welcome to try-out for an upper aged division; but full discretion for division placement is solely based on the managers and Player Agent.  If a player decides to try out for an upper aged division, they are still required to attend skills evaluation for their league age division.
